Work Life Balance

Sure, it's a law firm and we work hard, but we play hard too.  Some people are afforded flexible or compressed work schedules if it works for their team.  We also provide virtual office training for people who occasionally work from outside the office so that they can be connected at all times.  We work with attorneys on a case-by-case basis to address part-time work schedules.  Sutherland attorneys and staff form several sports teams throughout the season including softball and basketball.  We also have a business casual dress policy five days a week.
