Associates may take four weeks of vacation/personal leave per year and have discretionary sick leave. They enjoy eight paid holidays as well as one personal day. We also offer generous short-term or long-term disability in case of illness. Employees are eligible to participate in the firm 401(k) on the first day of employment.
